This is a thin, flat, circular steel part with a centrally located hole, used between the bearing surface of the fastener and the part to which it is attached, to improve stress distribution, finished with a galvanic zinc coating, for use with low carbon bolts and screws which are subjected to moisture, salt, and other such corrosive conditions, and PAINTED BLACK.
First we Galvanize the Flat Washer, then we apply Primer and Paint to the Flat Washer!
