Returns and Refunds
All approved returns on standard products shipped correctly are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge, and refunds will be made on material cost only. Should an item be shipped incorrectly, we will pay all shipping costs for the replacement. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. 'Specials' and 'Special Orders' may not be accepted for return.
