A thin, flat, circular steel part with a centrally located hole, used between the bearing surface of the fastener and the part to which it is attached, to improve stress distribution, finished with a galvanic zinc coating, for use with low carbon bolts and screws which are subjected to moisture, salt, and other such corrosive conditions.
